Basic eligibility criteria:
- Living in subdivided units and having queued for Public Rental Housing (PRH) for no less than 3 years; OR
- Having urgent housing needs; And
- Having a full-time job or Having applied for Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA);
- Agreeing with the concept of “co-living , and being able to live with other household(s);
- Fulfilling other specific conditions or requirements put down by the service operators.

Flat information
- Hong Kong Housing Society allocates 134 units, while Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service- Hong Kong (ELCHK) allocate 51 units, and provide service support to those 185 households;
- Among the 51 units, ECLHK allocate individual flats for the 4-6 family households, and Co-living flats with 3 rooms for the 2-3 family households and youth.
Service Features
- The LOHAS Project aims to create a cheerful community and promote a lifestyle of health and sustainability at the individual, family and community level. The youth tenants can serve as a "LOHAS Ambassador" through the concept of "work exchange" or "volunteer exchange" to provide the services to the community and explore their life experience
- Monthly rent: Equal to the maximum level of the rent allowance under CSSA scheme or generally not exceeding 25% of household income
- Applicants who are living in subdivided units and having queued for Public Rental Housing (PRH)for no less than 3 years or having urgent need for transitional housing;
- The household and youth who are low-income and facing the financial problem

- Applicants should show their caring to the neighbors, willing to live with others and participating to community activities/services
- Frist Priority is given to the programme target service users: 2-6 family households (with a child aged 24 or below), youths who aged 18-30 and the child with a Special Educational Need

- The "SOUK" Community Housing Movement aims to establish a simulated family support network for single residents through a three-generation co-housing model
- Provide transitional housing and help people with living and emotional support through intergenerational support

- All units areTwo-bedroom units with over 500 square feet, include furniture and electrical appliances for immediate occupancy

- Monthly rental expenses include:(1) rent based on the maximum level of the rent subsidy per person under CSSA scheme ;(2) $100 for sundry; (3) water and electricity fee
- Individual Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above with meeting the following requirements

Monthly Rent: determined and adjusted according to CSSA scheme, and payable to SoCO in advance on the first day of each calendar month

Water, electricity and town gas fee: Tenant households who live in an apartment with independent water, electricity and Town Gas meters are required to pay water, electricity and gas charges to Water Department, HK Electric and Towngas accordingly. The cost arising from using the common area will be calculated by SoCO and should be paid by the tenants on top of the monthly rent.

Maintenance and Management Fee: Tenants are required to pay HK$200 each month as a deposit for maintenance. The total deposit shall be refunded to the tenants without interests after the end of the tenancy period if not used for maintenance.
