"Living: People-centred Co-living Practice of Social Housing" new publication, it recorded the three-years innovative " Community Housing Movement Project". The book is officially launched on 19 February.

私人業主：「住屋是基本人權」與非牟利機構携手提供社會房屋
「找非政府機構承租的好處是，首先他們不是牟利，變相中間就少了一層(二房東)賺取利潤的人，我們收取的租金是以政府的綜援租金津貼，而住戶交的租金是合理水平，而我們亦可收到合理收入，而我們收到的租金和之前租給二房東的差不多，甚至我們有多剩餘的錢，可以用來維修及翻新單位。」業主莫小姐說。

建立民間社會房屋生態 @ 社聯社會房屋共享計劃
根據社聯「社會房屋共享計劃」的社會影響評估，發現97.4%的住戶表示滿意計劃，成效非常正面。基層街坊入住共享房屋前居住在不適切住房，人均居住面積只得62平方呎，入住後大幅上升93.5%，達至120呎，住屋質素得以改善。

The three-year funding support has ended at the end of September of 2020
Community Housing Movement obtains a funding support from the Community Chest of Hong Kong for housing renovation and social service. With SIE Fund, the Community Chest of Hong Kong supports the Hong Kong Council of Social Service as an intermediary to manage the Project.

Community housing promotes understanding toward multiculturalism and ethnic minorities, leading to proposals for new housing projects @ HKCSS “Community Housing Movement” – SOCO “Sai Wan Shun Sing Mansion” project
Unfair treatment encountered by ethnic minorities in the private rental market. It makes them feel incredibly helpless and frustrated. Under the “Community Housing Movement” of the HKCSS, SOCO is the operating agency of the “Sai Wan Shun Sing Mansion” project.

雅閣社房著力為住戶發掘技能，重投勞動市場@ 社聯社會房屋共享計劃 –聖雅各福群會「雅閣」
住得舒適 + 就業支援助重返職場在社會房屋共享計劃的「雅閣」項目中，設有職網互助計劃，為住戶發掘工作技能或興趣，從而在社區上找到合適的工作。若社工發覺他們有就業再培訓需要，亦會介紹住戶在僱員再培訓局參與課程。黃超文表示，項目由4月到現在有些住戶由失業狀況，透過職網互助計劃的協助，發掘他們的長處及能力，在疫情期間成功在當區找到工作，例如：侍應、裝修及餐廳雜工等工作。 (Chinese Version Only)
