The HKCSS project team conducts site inspection and the renovation of units, provides professional advice and formulates work content and specifications. HKCSS will also hire Authorized Person (AP), Independent Quantity Surveyors (IQS) and registered contractor, responsible for monitoring the works, drafting tender documents and renovation respectively. Authorized Person will coordinate the whole renovation process and finish the work within the suggested time period. The project team will also monitor the renovation process.
